night out in cdmx

No pressure whatsoever. We’ll begin the evening with drinks at the hotel bar at VOLGA and then head out together into the night. This gathering is simply for friends and family who arrive early and feel like easing into things—no expectations, no obligations.

We’ll have a loose plan for the evening: mezcal flowing, salsa for the grown folks, and dancing for everyone in between. Think of it as a moment to arrive, to settle into Mexico, and to be together. Join us for as long—or as briefly—as you’d like. Thursday morning is when everything officially begins.

***Please ladies no cream, no white, nothing that may conflict with Andréa’s white/ivory.

Corazón en Carrera

On Thursday morning, we invite family and friends to join us for Corazón en Carrera, a celebratory 5K through the shaded trails of Chapultepec Park. The run will begin at 9:00am and will be led by our dear friends Annya Santana and Gladimir Gelin, whose energy will set the pace for the morning.

As a family that values movement and shared ritual, we wanted to create a moment that feels both grounding and generous—a chance to move together, take in the beauty of Mexico City, and arrive fully present before the celebrations continue later that evening. Each participant will receive a curated perks bag with thoughtful essentials to keep you hydrated, fueled, and connected to the day.

Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk, this is simply an invitation to begin the day in motion, held by community, laughter, and care.

WELCOME DRINKS

We are so pleased to welcome our dear friends and family to Mexico City and to celebrate your arrival. We recognize the care and effort many of you have made to be here, traveling from New York, Ohio, Texas, Florida, California, and beyond. It felt important to begin the week by gathering in a place that honors that commitment, and to do so at the remarkable Casa Pedregal and Tetetlán, located in the lush Jardines del Pedregal district.

Designed in 1948 by the celebrated Mexican architect Luis Barragán, Casa Pedregal is among his most iconic residences. The home brings together a modernist sensibility and Mexico’s volcanic landscape with remarkable clarity and restraint. Throughout the house and gardens, color, stone, and water are thoughtfully composed, creating a quiet dialogue between architecture and nature. Attached to the residence is Tetetlán, a cultural space carved directly into the lava rock and now home to a restaurant, library, and gallery that extend the spirit of the site as a place of gathering and exchange.

Together, these spaces offer an ideal setting for our welcome reception. Grounded in history and landscape, they embody a sense of beauty and cultural depth that feels closely aligned with the spirit of our celebration.

The evening will begin at 6:00pm, and we will be capturing the moment through photography. We invite you to lean into the theme of White Lotus, Diasporic Excellence, with tailored sophistication or classic, exotic elegance. Kindly note that sneakers, hats, knits, and quarter zips are discouraged.

Please join us for drinks, food, and an opportunity to connect as we set the tone for the weekend ahead.

*** Dress code will be observed. Please refer to the palette above for guidance.

recovery day

Today is designed for rest, renewal, and a gentle landing after the night before. Join Raymond and Andréa poolside for drinks and light fare. This is an intentionally relaxed gathering, with no agenda beyond good food, hydration, and shared ease.

Come prepared to get in the water, or not. Bring a swimsuit, a disposable camera for candid moments, and a spirit of play. We fully intend to spend time in the pool, and we may encourage you to join us. No expectations, no excess. Just a final moment to be together and take in the last of Mexico City before we part ways.

No pressure to join us Xx Happy for you all to do your thing and explore.
